Collett Systems provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, and related technology consulting to businesses.
Service Level Agreements
Specific service level commitments are outlined in individual service agreements. We strive to maintain:
- 99.9% system uptime
- 15-minute emergency response time
- 4-hour critical issue resolution
Limitation of Liability
Collett Systems' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
